This rivalry trophy was awarded to the annual winner of the Louisiana Lafayette vs McNeese State game. The rivalry for now has been discontinued, however, the two schools are set to play each other in 2007 at Cajun Field in Lafayette, Louisiana. There is no discussion if the two will play each other again after this contest.
